Villa du Parc is situated on an acre of land nestled amongst the hills in the medieval village of Alet-les-Bains. The house has a varied history and has at different times been a hotel, an antiques shop and a family home.  The large garden stretches down to the river Aude and allows for many an idle hour gazing out at the water trying to spot kingfishers or dragonflies.

The interior of the house is spectacular with its original floor tiles and 4 storey winding staircase.  It was in need of some love when we moved to the village in November 2021 and we set about restoring the house to its former glory.  We have 4 newly refurbished bedrooms for up to 8 people, all with en-suite bathrooms.  The rooms can be doubles or twins depending on our guests' requirements.

The basement includes a well equipped gym and leads out on to the garden which has a wonderful relaxing terrace and a fabulous hot tub to soak your weary legs in after a day out in the hills.
